On Monday, September 2, 2024, at approximately 11:08 p.m., there was a problem with all email delivery and we were unable to send emails.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
We have confirmed that the system has now been restored and is operating normally.

If you send an e-mail during the following time period, it will be marked as "transmission failure" and the e-mail will not be sent properly.

Date and time of restoration: September 3, 2024 at approximately 10:54 a.m.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please resend any e-mail that is marked as "Transmission Failed.
You can check the status of your mail transmission from the "Notification > Mail Transmission Log" in the side menu.
