From around 4:00 PM (JST) on Monday, October 20th, 2025, an issue occurred in which emails could not be sent from our system due to a failure in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
We have confirmed that the system has now recovered and is operating normally.

Please note that if you attempted to send emails during the period below, they were not sent successfully and resulted in a “Sending Failed” status.

・Occurred: October 20th, 2025, around 4:00 PM (JST)
・Recovered: October 20th, 2025, around 6:30 PM (JST)

We apologize for any inconvenience, but for emails marked as "Sending Failed", we kindly ask that you resend them as necessary.
You can check the email sending status in the side menu under “Notifications > “Email log.”
