[Advance Notice] Specification Changes for the Ver. 5.0 Release
Thank you for your continued support of our services.
With the release of Ver. 5.0 scheduled for March 18, 2026, we will be updating the specifications for several key features.
We would like to inform you of the changes as follows:

Feature Renaming and Consolidation of Message Permissions
■ Affected Features
Direct message, Message box
■ Details of Changes
Name Change
・Renaming: The "Direct message" feature will be expanded and renamed to "Messages."
・ Permission Update: "Message box manager" will be renamed to "Message Manager."
Authority Consolidation and Specification Changes
・Consolidation: Management roles previously governed by "Co-admin" will be phased out and consolidated under "Message manager" under the message functions.
The new system will allow users with administrative privileges to create, view, send, edit, and delete direct messages.
Before the change, the first message could be posted only by authorized users, but after the change, the first post can be made by any participant.
■ Future Roadmap
The legacy "Message Box" feature is scheduled to be discontinued around December 2026 (Ver. 8.0).
*Data migration will not be performed upon discontinuation.
■ Action Request
Please assign "Message manager" to relevant users as necessary.

Archived/unarchived product
■ Affected Features
Training, curriculum, eCommerce, seminar functions
*These are hereinafter referred to as "products".
■ Details of Changes
When a Product status is changed (Archived/Unarchived), its associated groups will now be automatically synchronized to reflect that same status.
This eliminates the need to manage Products and groups individually, streamlining operational management.

Advance Notice: Manage Contents Remewal (Re-post)
■ Affected Features
Manage contents
■ Details of Changes
The "Manage courses (β)" will be transitioned to the official release and renamed to "Manage contents."
Starting from Ver. 5.0, the interface will switch completely to this new version.
■ Action Request
1. Dashboard (All users)
Following the Ver. 5.0 release, please update the "Manage contents" panel to the new URL.
2. Manage menu (Site customizer users)
Please move or hide the "Manage courses (β)" menu in your side menu settings.
3. System language settings (Site customizer users)
System language changes made in the legacy page may not automatically transfer. If labels do not appear as intended, please re-configure your settings.
