New Features

AI Auto-Captioning & Translation

After uploading a video, simply click the "AI subtitle generation" button to automatically create accurate subtitles and timestamps. Tasks such as transcription and timestamping, which previously took a significant amount of time, can now be completed in just a few to several dozen minutes. Furthermore, translating into another language is easy. Users can also edit while comparing the original text and the generated translation side-by-side.

More Efficient Results Aggregation by Content

The filtering feature added to the Summary and details tab in the previous update is now available in the List tab for specific content. Admins can quickly extract necessary results from complex data, and for questionnaires, filtered results can be exported directly as statistics. This reduces the effort required for data organization and verification prior to aggregation or export.

Batch Training Reservations, Changes and Cancellations by Learners

A new dedicated learner page has been added to the Training reservation function. On this page, learners can directly check and manage their current reservation and attendance status. For example, available training sessions are displayed in a calendar, and tabs allow for easy registration, modification, or cancellation of reservations.

Prevent Missing Information with Notification Bars for Unread Users

Admins can now check the read/unread status of notifications and, for users who haven't read them, display a notification bar at the top of the screen in addition to sending notification emails. Furthermore, users will see clear navigation links and highly visible "Unread" markers.

Adjustments to the side menu/header menu

*This is for those who subscribe the Customization option.
 With this update, there are changes to the configuration of the side menu/header menu.
 Please check the changes from the link below and make adjustments if necessary.

Advance Notice: Manage Contents Remewal (Re-post)

The Manage courses (β) will be officially released as "Manage contents" in Ver. 5.0 with improved performance and usability.
The existing "Manage contents" will be provided as "Manage contents (Old)" with a dedicated URL only for a certain period of time, and the existing URL will be automatically transferred to the new Manage contents from Ver. 5.0 to Ver. 7.0.
Redirection and the legacy screen will be discontinued in Ver. 7.0.
In accordance with this, there are some actions required as follows:

  1. Dashboard: After Ver. 5.0, please update the "Manage contents" panel to the new URL (Applies to all customers).
  2. Manage menu: Move or hide the "Manage courses (β)" in the side menu (for customers using the Site Customizer).
  3. System language settings: System language changes made in the previous Manage contents page may not be applied in the new page. If the text differs from your settings, please reconfigure it (for customers using the Site Customizer).

Notice Regarding Specification Changes for the Training Function

*This is only for customers who use the training function.

With the release of the "Training reservation & attendance," "Training reservation history" will be abolished in Ver. 5.1 and migrated to the new feature.
Both pages will be available during the migration period (Ver. 4.1 – Ver. 5.0).
In accordance with this, there are some items that need to be addressed by customers who use the training function.

  1. Please add the "Training reservation & attendance" menu to your side or header menu.
  2. Email templates sent upon training cancellation differ depending on the page used. Please review/edit the template for the "Training reservation & attendance" page during the migration period.
  3. The menu name "Manage reservations and attendance" will change to "Manage reservations & attendance." Please adjust the display name as necessary.
