Alerts to terminals logged in with non-recommended environments This function displays an alert only the first time a device is accessed from an OS/browser other than those recommended by the company. Limit on the number of registered accounts in a group You can limit the number of accounts registered in a group. This can be set by a user with group management authority. CSV Batch Registration (Administrative Authority) Users can now be granted administrative privileges through CSV batch registration. We have monthly training sessions, and we have to manage and report the results of about 100 people within the company, so "ease of creating teaching materials" and "ease of grade management and notification" were major points in choosing your e-learning system. The learningBOX system was visually familiar and easy to operate. It was also easy to implement in terms of cost. I think that the system is still as user-friendly for both administrators and students as it was at first. Q5. About ▼Quiz I would like to make a quiz in which the correct answers are given in any order. I would like to make questions in which the order of the choices are randomized and questions in which they are not. I would like to have an auto-save function. There were many times when I jumped to another page without saving my changes. The sensitivity of the sorting questions seems to be a bit poor when using a smartphone or iPhone. It would be useful if there was an option to set a passing score, so that the last question answered would count as a pass or completion. About the memorization cards It would be nice if audio was available for memorization cards. It would be better if the cards could be read out loud. About the email notifications There are many times when I want to send a reminder e-mail to someone who has not finished studying the material. In such cases, it would be very helpful to be able to send a reminder e-mail to those who have not yet studied the material and those who are still studying. Currently, we have to send the e-mails individually. Questionnaire function Regarding the layout, some users said that the questions are difficult to read on the left side of the screen. We would appreciate it if you could edit the layout or reconsider it. Others It would be great if Powerpoint animations could be used instead of iSpring. We would like to conduct online classes for the purpose of preventing new coronavirus infection. (Online class) We would like to have a reservation function for uploading and a notification function when uploading is completed. (I would like to select multiple contents and upload them in order.) We would like to add a memo to the name of teaching materials for internal use. (A function to inform other administrators of comments such as "This is for XXX" that can only be seen by administrators.) I want a batch setting function for the management function. LearningBOX was upgraded from version 2.13 to 2.14 on May 12, 2021. With this major update, some of the CSV formats for member management have been changed. Due to the format changes, an error message will appear and registration will not be possible when uploading using the format you used in the 2.13 series. CSV format in 2.14 series In the 2.14 series and later, the format items have been changed to 11 items in order from left to right: login ID, name, e-mail address, password, country of residence, language, time zone, status, deadline type, number of valid days/date, and group affiliation, and the order and item names have been changed. Notes on uploading members in batches If you register members using the pre-2.13 format, an error message will appear as shown below and you will not be able to register members. An error message is displayed when you perform the upload and click Proceed to Confirmation Screen. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but please click the Plus button on the Member Management screen, go to [Batch Operation (CSV)] >> [Member Registration/Update], download the [Sample CSV Format], enter your member information again, and upload the file. Then, fill in the member information again and upload the file. Open the downloaded file and enter member information. Finally, upload the files and you are done. How to upload using an existing CSV file Open your CSV file. Edit the CSV file, edit the order according to the 2.14 series format, and add items. Enter the member information used in the existing CSV. Overwrite and save the edited CSV file and upload the file. Apology for Format Change On May 12, 2021, learningBOX was upgraded from version 2.13 to 2.14. With this major update, the format of CSV for member management has been partially changed. For example, have you ever done this? We need to use learningBOX in other departments at a moment's notice, and the number of accounts we have now is not enough. We are using more and more videos in our teaching materials, and we are running out of space if we stay on the starter plan. There was an urgent request from within the company for an LMS with an original design. In order to respond to these requests, we have added a new feature that allows customers to add more users or upgrade their licenses even in the middle of the contract period, without calling us. If you have any of the problems listed above, we hope you will consider this feature. In addition, we are available for upgrades by phone or email. Please feel free to contact us. Four types of upgrades are available during the contract period The following four types of items are supported by this new functionality for upgrading during the contract period. The learningBOX costs 30,000 yen per year and can be used by up to 100 people. It's true. Dedicated Server / Design Customization Plan If you use the Dedicated Server / Design Customization Plan, we charge 480,600 yen for the first year and 264,600 yen for the second year. Important Notice The mail template function will be modified for easier use in the 2.13 series version upgrade scheduled around January 2021. This is an advance notice to all current users of learningBOX to be prepared for the modification of this function. We are providing this advance notice because email templates are an important feature for members (learners), owners, and grade administrators. If you have never changed your default email template, please check and adjust the new email template as necessary. For example, in the grade management notification emails, the email template used to not display grades and scores to learners, but with this modification, grades and scores will also be displayed in the new default email template. (See below for details.) If you do not want grades and scores to be displayed in the email, please adjust the text of the new default email template. Types of Email Templates We have prepared new mail templates for each purpose, for example, as shown below. (Multiple templates are available depending on the type of email.) The grade management notification e-mail will show the start date and time of the study, the status (grade) of the study, and other information. Previously, grade management notification e-mails to students only displayed information such as the name of the course materials, but starting with Ver. 2.13, the start date and time of study, study status (grades), and test results (pass/fail) will also be displayed. (The information displayed will vary depending on the email template.) For customers who have already changed their default email template *The automatic registration of multiple customized email templates for invitation and grade management notifications is only available for new owners who have started using learningBOX for the first time after Ver. 2.13.
