Please refer to the following for details. Target function person's photo DescriptionThe maximum size limit of the file that can be registered as a photo will be changed. Before change: 5MB After change: 3MB In addition, the recommended size "480 x 480px or larger" will be displayed on the photo upload screen. *Please be assured that you can continue to use your currently registered photo even if the registered photo (including those in the process of application) exceeds 3MB. However, when you change or re-register your photo in the future, the new file size limit (3MB) will apply. Enhanced functions Enhanced report output functionality The new system allows for easy output of data such as learning history and course status, which is necessary for applications for "subsidies to support human resource development" and other such programs. Enhanced analysis of aggregated survey data The aggregate data from the survey can now be visualized in easy-to-understand graphs and reports. Upgraded SCIM Linkage In addition to conventional user information integration, SCIM integration of group information is now possible with major Identity Providers (IdPs) such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta. This automates group management tasks, reducing management man-hours and enhancing security. *For details, please refer to "Using SCIM" in "Linking with External Systems.
