In our research with job site managers, we found that job seekers spend at most five seconds looking at the title of a single job posting. We also found that the most words a job seeker can read in five seconds is about 30 words. In other words, it is not good to be too simple, and it is not good to pack in a lot of information. One way to help with this might be to team up with someone in your company who is good at copywriting or with an outside expert (e.g., a copywriter). Make your keywords attractive to job seekers. When writing job ads, we tend to use keywords that we want to create a good impression of our company. However, if job seekers see the keywords and think, "Really? If the job seeker thinks, "Really? So, the trick is to arrange keywords that attract attention... Keywords of the desired candidate's preferences" + "Words we accept" + "Job description" That's it! Example.) I like games" + "A person with a science and math background is a must" + "A development job at a game app production company." Barriers to Continuation The barrier to continuity is "how to put into practice what you have learned in the training and whether or not you can continue to do so. Even once you start, you need to have a strong will to keep practicing. Efforts required to achieve training transition In the first place, training is not an objective to learn, but a means to change behavior. If "behavior" cannot be changed as a result, there is no point in training. Therefore, companies must develop meaningful training programs to develop their employees. The key to training transfer is how to involve company leaders and colleagues, who have a great influence on workplace practices, and how to gain their understanding and support.
